Off the office carpet and onto the dirt road I go as my summer field assignment begins tomorrow. It has been a stressful week prepping for it since I gotta move out there. I'm looking forward to the experience but I'm sad to be away from da hubs and da haus.I'll hopefully be blogging from my hotel room for the next couple of weeks. Argh, I hate living out of a suitcase.

ReplyDelete@ cathleya: actually the summer assignment is at least 6 months (i'll be living out there during the workweek like how you do). but i start with 2 weeks in a hotel while i hunt me down summer housing. being away is gonna suck, i dunno how you handle it!
